CHPW drives meaningful improvements in care by investing in data-informed strategies, provider partnerships, and community-based approaches that strengthen outcomes across Washington. Through a focus on measurable results, equitable access, and continuous learning, CHPW supports providers in delivering high-quality care where it matters most.
Driving Quality Improvement with Measurable Results
In 2025, CHPW strengthened its Quality Improvement Program through nearly 50 targeted initiatives focused on wellness, prevention, behavioral health integration, safe care, equitable access, and improving provider and member experience.
These efforts were recognized by Washington’s Health Care Authority for strong performance on key quality measures, affirming the effectiveness of CHPW’s managed care model in driving meaningful improvement. In collaboration with Community Health Centers, CHPW also advanced targeted outreach and strategic interventions designed to address gaps in care and improve outcomes for specific populations.
Building on this progress, CHPW entered 2026 with a continued focus on childhood immunizations, care for transition aged youth, and increasing well-child visits in underserved communities, ensuring that quality improvement efforts remain responsive, equitable, and outcomes driven.
