It was a busy year for our CHPW team, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Counting down the last days of 2024, we’re reflecting on all the ways in which the power of community was the driving force behind our work with our Community Health Centers (CHCs), our partnerships with Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), and our collaborative relationship with our members.
